Skill - CRM Req Type - Contract Start - 11/24/2008 Duration - 9 Month(s) Location - San Jose, CA (CA, USA) Notes - Service Description: SAP CRM Functional/Technical Lead needed to provide deep experience in CRM as it relates to SD and the Licensing Portal which is being developed for this project. There are significant impacts to CRM as a result of this new Licensing Portal which will require a resource that has technical and functional expertise and is very familiar with User Interface requirements of the portal and how it is integrated to the technical and configuration specifications. This resource will be working with the Technical team during the technical designs and testing of new functionality in SAP within the CRM module. The resource should have deep CRM and SD( ideal if both) configuration and functional experience in Order to Cash within the software industry. The resource should be familiar with volume licensing and OEM. The resource will be leading and supporting development and testing and providing support for training of new functionality in SAP and the portal. Skills & Level Required to Perform the Service: List the skills required for the resources to perform the service (CPA, Accounting degree, any specific technology experience required (.net, java, SAP etc.) training/certification requirements (PMP, Scrum Master etc.)) Suppliers often have difficulty with requirements for two reasons: too much information and too little information. Here are some tips for creating a good Request for Contractor: Preferred candidates will have deep understanding of SAP CRM operations and experience with hands on configuration knowledge of CRM processes Support and Maintenance of Configuration and Documentation o Quotation Management o Sales Order Management o Maintenance of underlying transaction configuration within the IMG o Transaction Types o Item Categories o Status Profiles o Date Profiles o Listing inclusion/exclusion functionality o Data exchange between SAP CRM, R/3 and MS * Support Quote/Order Entry processes within the SAP Partner Portal transactions (PCUI transactions) * Support and Maintenance of SAP Application Control Engine (ACE) configuration * Support and Maintenance of SAP Territory Management configuration * Support and Maintenance of SAP CRM Organizational Hierarchy configuration * Knowledge of SAP IPC and Pricing related configuration * Support and Enhance Order Import Custom Process o Support Enhancements to integration for importing orders from any third party system that contains sales orders that needs to be processed through SAP * Support and Maintenance of Certification Imports from View Central Deep software industry and volume licensing experience Strong communication, leadership and people skills.
