*Description *
IT Analyst is responsible for attending all project meetings, environment
setup based off of application requirements, helping resolve technical
issues and pushing application teams to adopt technology/infrastructure
standards.
The IT analyst will provide analysis to support FM Records Management
program. The responsibilities include defining requirements for the
developers in conjunction with business users. Develop design documents
resulting from the requirements for the developers. Work with testers,
users, developers and management team to make sure that SDLC process are
followed properly.
*Skills Required:*
· Knowledge of Documentum suite (WebTop, SDK, Captiva, RMA).
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
· Previous experience in developing technical requirements and design
artifacts
· Undergraduate degree in IT field or equivalent.
*Qualification Rating *
· Excellent interpersonal skills *
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal) *
· Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) *
· Technology Skills: Software Applications
· EMC-Documentum *
