The successful candidate will be thoroughly familiar with the standard RF design practices. Some familiarity with the operations of cable operators would be a definite plus. Some support of non-RF analog subsystems will be expected, e.g. interface to lasers and photodiodes. Training will be available for these activities. Responsibilities: ? Design and support of RF video circuits (upstream and downstream). ? Printed circuit board design of RF video circuits. ? Generation of hardware design specifications for RF video subsystems. ? Work with customers on initial deployments of RF video products. ? Design of high-speed optical interface circuits. Qualifications: ? Minimum of 5 years of related experience. ? BSEE or MSEE ? Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills ? Strong RF design experience ? Strong PCB design experience ? Good general analog experience ?
