*Location: St. Louis, Missouri Rate: DOE (C-2-C, Inclusive All) WinTel Engineer: *This is a *3+ months contract* for a client located in *St. Louis, Missouri *. Manager is looking for a Windows expert. *Those listed in red are specialized skills that the candidate MUST have and be especially strong in as they will be bringing these skills to the team.* The candidate should have around *5 years *in the specialized skills. St. Louis based (Creve Coeur & Hazelwood area) *Wintel based OS installation & Implementation expertise* Hardware/system (*HP*) builds, ability to plan implementations, submit cabling requirements Knowledge of Enterprise networks, firewalls (*Cisco based*); TCP/IP, UDP Multicast *Performance Tuning of Windows OS, Network interfaces and network tunable parameters * Troubleshooting skills (to include windows os, hw, network connectivity ) MS Visio & Excel use for documenting and planning installations *Server / HBA setup for SAN access* (powerpath / HBAnywhere a plus) *Ghosting servers* Knowledge of ITIL process with focus on Change and Incident Management Flexible working hours may have to work after hours.
