*Position Description:* Responsibilities can be broadly summarized as
follows:
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly Programme / Project status reports; for
IT Management and Stakeholders using PowerPoint, word and focused in the
areas of project milestones, risks, financial, etc.
- Interact closely with Programme and Project managers in US, APAC, UK
and CH regions gathering data and assisting in PMO related tasks
- Assist with Financial planning which requires extensive MS excel
skills. This wil include forecasting, budgeting, accruals, invoicing, etc.
- Perform meeting/workshop logistics by arranging, preparing,
disseminating materials and scribing minutes
*Minimum Skill Requirements:
*• Bachelors Degree
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Powerpoint,
Excel, Word, Project, Access)
• Strong ability to communicate and build team atmosphere
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Experience in a Financial Services environment (Investment Banking
desired)
• Experience working on large scale projects/programs
• Ability to multi-task and work as part of a global team
• Experience in managing project financials and producing required reporting

Microsoft Excel 04-06 Yrs.
Microsoft Powerpoint 04-06 Yrs.
Microsoft Project 01-03 Yrs.
Microsoft Word 04-06 Yrs.
Project Management 04-06 Yrs.
