Title: UAT Analyst Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 4m Princeton Information is looking for a User Acceptance Testing Analyst for our Chicago based investment banking client. Required Skills: * Strong experience in (UAT) user acceptance testing, business analysis, quality assurance * Multi-project experience in program delivery methodology (e.g. CMM, six sigma, etc.) * Testing tools experience, such as Mercury Quality Center. * Previous experience developing test strategy, test plans, and managing test execution. * Successful experience working across different lines of business to coordinate testing * Knowledge and experience in credit card, electronic payment systems * International card experience, a plus * Experience with client facing applications * Excellent negotiation and issue resolution skills * Strong analytical and organizational skills * Strong leadership and coaching skills * Ability to multitask (lead and participate) across multiple projects at the same time * Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail * Ability to manage other staff and meet tight deadlines and deliverables * Financial Services Industry background or Treasury Services background * CSTE or CQA certification, a plus Roles & Responsibilities: * Attend design reviews, requirements sessions, core team meetings, and technical team meetings. * Understand business requirements and business operating processes/procedures in order to guide development of effective UAT deliverables that fully test impacted business and operational groups. * Facilitate creation of the UAT Test Strategy, UAT Test Plan, and execution schedule. * Oversee the development of detailed UAT test conditions, scenarios, cases and related data, as well as contribute to the effort. * Ensure UAT test scripts are aligned to the requirements. * Work closely with the IT QA team, Development team, vendors and UAT testers (Business) to ensure the complete test strategy is executed. * Coordinate with Development team, vendor and QA team to ensure UAT environment is ready for testing. * Coordinate implementation weekend testing when needed. * Partner with business, operations, and training teams to ensure end-to-end operating model procedures are defined and tested. * Organize and facilitate meetings Regards, Srinivas Gorantla Princeton Information Ltd. 732-734-0943 - Work 732-453-0039 - Fax [EMAIL PROTECTED] www.princetoninformation.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle DBAs" group.
