*Skills:

- IBI WebFOCUS 5.3.X
- IBI WebFOCUS 7.X
- iWAY Service Manager
- AIX
- Active Directory experience
- MS SQL
- Oracle 10g
- Strong Communication skills
*Responsibilities:*
- Actively contribute as an expert and actual designer and as
administrator.
- Coordinate WebFOCUS design reviews to verify that design meets quality
standards and functional/technical requirements.
- Provide accurate level of efforts for design and programming efforts
for system changes and enhancements.
- Perform impact analyses on production fixes and enhancements to
establish priorities.
- Provide basic WebFOCUS support and provide accurate and complete
answers to detailed product questions in a timely manner.
- Provide effective on-site WebFOCUS support as needed.
- Accurately sets severity of identified defects.
- Provide input to training and / or documentation materials regarding
latest technical and functional design changes.
- Administers and coordinates AIX platform changes
- Administer all iWAY adapter installations and production applications.
- Coordinates changes with Department of Children and Family
- Document all work for future reference.
- Review the system test approach and conditions used as the basis for
detailed test scenarios.
