Work with the STP design team to ensure design standardization for the program, ensure the various STP tracks integrate well, as well as common solutions where possible• Participate in defining/documenting technical specifications and plans (including development of new workflows, and support of existing established workflows already in production) • Help define the design process defining/documenting technical specifications and plans.• Participate in system, integration, performance test planning, and disaster recovery planning• Assist with Coding and Unit Testing for project deliverables as needed/assigned• Answer client questions and train/mentor on use of applicationsSkills: • Experience and/or proficiency with Java, XML, FileNet (P8 and Image Services), DB2, WebSphere, WebMethods, Web Services, SQL Server 2005, J2EE, Struts• Familiarity with Application Development Life-Cycle Methodologies, including system analysis, estimation and testing experience • Ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately to achieve resolution• Ability to write clear design and technical specifications, from which code will be developed• Ability to drive team members to generate options that meet the business requirements within the schedule and budget of the project• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills at all levels of technical and business customer areas• Excellent structured programming and debugging skills• Strong root cause and problem resolution skills• Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Desirable: • BS or BA degree and minimum 3 years experience in a design role • Web development experience -- Thanks & Regards..
