Job Classification: BA position with specific MasterCard experience Location: Columbus, OH (LOCALS HIGHLY PREFERRED) or Non Locals ready for a face to face interview. Duration: 6 months contract Rates: Open (need the highest talent) **MUST have MasterCard dispute knowledge understanding from both the system and business knowledge** This individual will work with a team who is taking over responsibility for processing MasterCard disputes and chargebacks. The successful candidate must have MasterCard Dispute knowledge, from both the business process perspective as well as technical / system processing of disputes. The ideal candidate will have mainframe processing knowledge. Must be able to work independently and have excellent skills in creating technical design documents based off business requirements as well as processor requirements. Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the initial research and design for the automation of mastercard disputes and integration into systems. Responsible for documenting all mastercard required fields and the necessary edits as well all interface requirements to FDR, Mastercard and imaging platforms. Responsible for working with MasterCard, FDR, Business sponsors, PMs, etc.. for outlining the approach. Needs to act as an SME for MasterCard disputes. Share this opportunity!!!!
