The above “Field Service Flow Family” encompasses the following
applications and functions:
Oracle Applications:
Field Service: Assignment Manager
Field Service: Request and Task Management
Functions:
- Integrate the incoming Service Requests and Tasks from
Metasolv into Oracle Field Service
- Automate the assignment of field technicians based on
territory logic
- Integrate the status/closure of Request and Tasks from
Oracle Field Service to Metasolv
