Our team consists of front-end and back-end engineers building out the best games portal on the web. The team is small, but growing, and we need the best and brightest to keep our systems rock-solid. This position includes a lot of programming, but the willingness and ability to do manual testing is also necessary. *Role:* SDET- JAVA *Responsibilities: *As a member of the team, you will work on the front and backend web systems that serve games to customers. We use an agile development and test process. The systems we support are in PHP (LAMP) and Java. Our test technology is in Java. *Must have: *Degree in Computer Science or Engineering field. 4+ years of experience testing a database driven website or database driven application. 3+ years of programming experience in the workplace. Experience writing test automation including API level tests. Highly proficient in SQL. Experience with Linux. Ability to work side by side with developers without making them feel too bad about their buggy code. *Nice to have: *OOP experience. Experience with load and performance testing.
