Thanks Candidate has 3 or more years of intensive database SQLServer stored procedure development specifically related to the movement of data through numerous batch, staging and merge databases. Strong analytical skills are required to determine impacts of new features on existing processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively assist in coordinating interface testing with external partners. The candidate will also be required to update interface documentation as needed. DOS batch scripting, FTP scripting, working knowledge of the BCP utility and familiarity with Agile development processes are pluses. Engagement Activity Summary · Analyze current processes and determine impact of new features · Modify existing import processes to accommodate new business requirements · Modify stored procedures and table structures to support user and reporting interfaces · Performance tune import and merge processes · Maintain Interface Documentation · Test with Internal Development and QA staff · Test with External partners and clients · Execute and meet all deadlines and commitments Location: Downtown Chicago Contract through January
