Evaluate existing capabilities, suggest ways to leverage additional system functionality, and possibly assist with feature implementation. Our client is looking for ways to scale their toolset to the larger enterprise. Currently, it services our clients' Contact Centers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Evaluate current Interwoven implementation. Make recommendations on ways to leverage Interwoven features. Suggest ways to integrate MetaTagger.
