Will require an in person interview for the second round (does not pay for this)* Excellent communication skills are a must. - Experience with full development lifecycle including everything from requirements through post-implementation support. *Strong Java / J2EE programming skills required:* - Functioned on previous assignments as Team Lead and was responsible for technical scope of the project - Java 2, Apache Struts, Servlets, EJB, JDBC, JSP (custom tags a plus), JSTL, XML, JMS - MVC Applications with Apache Struts - Developer must have experience building web applications in which the model and view behave differently depending upon user- or group-specific criteria - Strong Oracle Relational Database experience and good understanding of database designing. - Strong hands on experience with PL/SQL database programs (Functions, Stored Procedures, Packages and Triggers) - Design Patterns - HTML and Javascript - Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming. - UML The following experience is preferred but not critical: - MQ Series (Websphere MQ) - Web Services - EAI tools – preferably Seebeyond - International web applications -- Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
