Thank you for your help. *Oracle Functional R12* Location: Philadelphia, PA Duration: 6+ months Start: Mid November * **Upgrade to R12 experience is the key.* Need: Client is specifically looking for Functional R12 resources with skills in OM, Financials and Supply Chain. If we have resources that have done an upgrade from 11.5.anything to R12 then that would be perfect. The specific knowledge and understanding of future state to help guide the client thru the upgrade cycle from a functionality and process standpoint is crucial. Hands on R12 experience required. Training on R12 isn't enough. There are heavy customizations on OM so they will need multiple resources on this module.
