Required Skills:

• Experience in CRM 2007 upgrade.

• Minimum 7 years experience in Basis Administration.

• Solid Basis skills – SAP software installation, upgrade, maintenance,
support. Performance tuning, TMS, client copies, system cloning.

• Strong expertise in TMS component.

• Expertise in Oracle RDBMS for troubleshooting, instance renames, and
backup and recovery.

• Experience working in an HP-UX operating environment.

• Ability to work independently.

• Ability to resolve complex Basis issues.

• Independently track progress on system activities.

• Take corrective action in the event that tasks fall behind schedule.

• Independently measure progress and report results to Basis leadership.

• Ability to build relationships with team members and project stakeholders.

• Written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure project delivery team.
