The Hourly rate is * $55/hr.* * *Job Description: Client looking for an experienced LiveLink (Product of Open Text) developer with advanced programming skills in .NET 2.0 or above, LAPI, AJAX, HTML, MS SharePoint, and SQL Server. Candidate must have thorough knowledge on LiveLink schema, Livelink Reporting, and LiveLink objects. LAPI programming and familiarity with Livelink Version 9.7 is required. Experience with Silverlight a plus. BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related disciplines; Minimum 4 years of intensive programming experience with at least 2-3 years on Livelink API and .Net. Knowledge of configuration interfaces with Open Text Livelink server, admin server, web server and database server a plus; must have the ability to work with extended team besides the technical manager. Provide general guidance or training support to professional staff. Good documentation/coding habits and communication skills. Previous development experience with biotech/pharmaceutical industry following SDLC is also valuable. Candidate will be responsible for analyzing user business requirements and understanding application objectives; participating in a principle role in architecture design; developing a cross-departmental web front in intranet using LAPI within application and .Net platform. The solution should adequately addresses required functions with minimum upgrade overhead.
