SKILLS: * Business Analyst/Consultant capabilities with 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. * Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. * Act as single point of contact for requests from the business * Responsible for driving the implementation of Adobe Captivate for Health Department to deliver effective and insightful online trainings. * Work through discovery process, asking the right kinds of probing questions, outline process and workflow needed to implement Captivate * Proven experience documenting deliverables and process * Write report specifications related to Electronic Medical Systems * Experience researching and identifying vendor applications appropriate for request of business related to scheduling health care resources * Experience providing support in 24X7 environment * Able to effectively liaise cross-functionally within organization to determine functional and technical specifications for solution * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Responsible for service delivery which may include: Project Management, Business Case preparation, Requirements Definition, Business Process Analysis and Portfolio Management * Able to prioritize and manage customer requests * Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. * Performs a variety of tasks. * Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. * A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
