Expected training above the minimum would include: BMC Remedy AR System 7.x Admin - Part 3 BMC SRM Administering and Configuring * *BMC ITSM Support Analyst (with CMDB product expertise) * Product experience should include significant experience in supporting Atrium CMDB (Configuration Management), including the Foundation Discovery/Topology Discovery products, the configuration reconciliation process, Distributed Server Option. Expected training above the minimum would include BMC Asset Mgmt Admin BMC Config Mgmt Install and Configuration BMC Atrium CMDB BMC Atrium CMDB Admin Part 2 * *BMC Server Management Client Support Analyst (with Server/Event Management product expertise) * Product experience should include significant experience in supporting the BMC Event Management toolset, including BMC Performance Manager (BPM), BPM Console, BMC Event Manager (BEM), BMC Impact Manager (SIM), RSM, BPM RT Server, Event Adaptors, and BMC Portal. This individual would be working closely and directly with Unisys customers and the expectation would be a more senior analyst. Excellent communication skills would be a prerequisite. Expected training above the minimum would include: BMC Event Manager Administration BMC Service Impact Manager Administration * *BMC ITSM *Technical Analyst* (Senior analyst with ITSM product performance/tuning expertise) * Product experience should include significant technical experience in supporting the BMC application suite infrastructure, including application performance tuning and web server technology, Oracle database performance, Distributed Server Option, volume testing, Apache/Tomcat installation/tuning, including basic understanding of large VMWare hosting environment.
