Client is looking for only *local candidates.* Job Description: - Ability to convert business requirements into system requirements i.e. System Use Cases with thought process of system analysis. - Ability to translate system requirements into technical design and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. - Knowledge of all phases of the software lifecycle for both custom and vendor-supplied software. -Ability to identify system constraints or gaps in business requirements and effectively communicate issues/risks to the manager in a timely manner. - Ability to assess release scope and business requirements deliverables to identify system impacts and estimate level of effort. -Ability to step back and see big picture. Able to identify and absorb proper detail for rational decisions, without getting bogged down in detail. -Exceptionally strong oral and written communication skills -Act as a liaison b/w business and software developers -This position does perform some coding to validate design i.e. Proof of Concept -Work closely with Solution/Application and Enterprise Architects and Software Developers. Should be a strategic thinker. -Can conduct JAD session and lead the team. -BS in computer science will be preferred. Total 8 to 9 years of experience required.
