*Job Description:*
The associate will be responsible for taking customer calls, opening a
corresponding trouble ticket through the Remedy ticketing system, and then
work to resolve the issue or route the trouble via phone call or external
ticketing system to the responsible work center or vendor.
Additionally, the Voice Associate will have to respond to proactive tickets
in a timely manner to both notify the customer as well as resolve any
service interruptions
