Job Title : Sr. Application Developer Duration : 6+ Months Location : NJ The Senior Application Developer must have strong analytical and development skills with Electronic Document Capture systems. Will work with the business teams to understand and develop detailed requirements and provide recommendations for enhancements to Electronic Document Capture systems. Job Specifics Must posess strong problem solving skills and be able to resolve problems quickly and accurately. Must possess a good understanding of the System Development Life Cycle and be able to develop moderate to complex programs based on design specifications, while adhering to defined programming standards, structured coding techniques and development methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Education, Skills and Requirements A seasoned professional with experience that includes analysis, development and support of Electronic Document Capture systems strongly preferred Working knowledge in developing and maintaining document capture technologies; scan, fax and eMail integration, OCR technologies, automated form recognition. 3-5 Years programming experience, experience with .NET or J2EE development preferred Working knowledge of document scanner technologies. Experience with SQL or Oracle Databases Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem solving skills.
