Job Description – Corporate HRIS Manager
Position Summary:
Global support for all HR Technology tools including core applications and
reporting tools. Responsible for driving effective data quality initiatives
across all countries and regions. Align with Regional HRIS Managers to
represent regions and countries in all global and regional technology
initiatives Resolves second and third tier escalations from HR Help desk,
Internal HR, Payroll and HR Shared Services. Manages employees and temps as
necessary. Project manager for global implementations, upgrades and process
improvement activities.
Principal accountabilities:
Project management of new application initiatives across all countries
including ensuring country needs are being met as legally required.
Operational support of all HR applications and reporting tools including,
but not limited to, design, creation, maintenance and product selections
End user training
As needed, will do the following: data quality, maintenance, reporting,
design, and training for assigned systems and applications. Ad hoc
reporting for users across all systems and applications.
Team member responsibility for continuous improvement across all HR
processes
Ensure legal compliance and auditing, at the country level, is being met or
exceeded
Escalation resolution as required
Impact:
Design and development of processes to improve all areas of processing related
to all HR tools and processes including: Developing process improvement.
Impacts include payroll, employee salaries and all data that comes from HR,
auditing and global compliance requirements. Reports can be very complicated
and require 100% accuracy or impacts are felt elsewhere.

Knowledge and Skills:
BS/BA and 6 to 10 years of HR technology and/or Information Technology or
equivalent combination experience and education.
Requires ability to manage global projects across HR, IT and other functional
areas.
Extensive knowledge of HR technology software, communications skills and
influencing skills across functions and countries.
Knowledge of data and process improvement techniques.
Experience with Cyborg, eSource, COGNOS, and other HRIS tools
Problem Solving and Decision Making skills:
Developing process solutions for longer-term strategic direction. Third tier
escalations for day-to-day solving any Payroll or HR data issues through
reporting, process improvement, advanced reporting needs, etc. Determines
root causes of data issues and changes or develops processes based on
findings.
Major process changes that need to be resolved and/or adapted at the Director
level or above.
Effective communication and coordination between all sites for all work in
quality improvement, process redesign, and any operational issues needing
resolution. Influencing of design and implementation of new and improved
processes across the globe.
