The client needs 1 Technical Lead to work for a month driving out
requirements to work on several specific development efforts that they would
like to outsource.
This person will be ON-Site at the client for the duration of 6 mos -1yr
possibly. Thereafter, this person will manage a 3-4 person development team
located in the same project.
Needs to be strong in .Net 2.0 and C# and SQL. They will need to ensure
that performance in their development is priority.
Technical Team Lead who is familiar with Architecture and reusable
frameworks.
Can drive requirement gathering meetings.
Have PM skills.
Will manage ODC team of 3-4 developers in .Net 2.0, C#. Must be able to
pass a background check and understand working with high security client.
Business Acumen in the area of health insurance benefits is another plus.
*Required Skills:*
Microsoft framework, .Net 2.0 C# developers, Strong SQL developers familiar
with Database standards and strong code developers, Strong in development
and performance, Very good - excellent communication required.
*Understanding of Access DB desired. Added bonus: experience with SSRS,
SSIS, and SSAS.*
