We have a leading edge technology platform used as both an MIS reporting tool and a risk management tool for the purpose of analyzing our loans and credit default swap hedges. The objective is to build and support a Web based business intelligence application which is used by the Corporate Banking group for risk reporting and Reference data management. Functionalities include: * Risk reporting o Portfolio Risk Reporting o Trend analysis o Metrics/Performance and scorecards o Management reporting o As of Historical reporting o Dash boarding o Graphs and Charts * Other Core functionalities include o Reconciliation o Extraction Transformation and Load o Batch data load processing Substantial effort will focus on * Developing and supporting the LoanIQ system for the Corporate Banking Group * developing and supporting ETL data feeds interface from LoanIQ * Developing and supporting Corporate Banking IT web application Required Skills: * Strong RDBMS knowledge (Oracle 10g). * Strong SQL skills (Oracle 10g, UDB DB2 a plus). * Strong C#, .NET Framework, .NET Remoting, .NET Windows Forms skills required. * Strong C/C++ skills required. * Crystal Reports * Experience in coding multi-threaded programs * Experience in coding Windows Services. * Good Communications and interpersonal skills. * Thorough understanding of the application developmentlife cycle Desired Skills: * Object-oriented analysis, design and programming (UML a plus) * 1 year of working experience using XML based technology * Knowledge of LoanIQ Data Model * Web Services development * Unix Shell Scripting * XML/XSLT * Web technologies -- J2EE , JAVA, JSP, Struts, JavaScript, HTML, Stylesheets * Business Objects reporting Personal Skills: * Self-Start * Works independently and in a team environment. Excellent problem solving skills Overall Responsibilities: * Develop applications, interfaces and reports based on business and technical specifications provided by IT Business Analyst or other developers * Work closely with IT business analysts to understand business and provide the best solution for user community * Work with data modelers to supplement tables in the LoanIQ database for use by Interfaces and Reports * Maintain existing LoanIQ related applications, interfaces and reports * Develop and support Corporate Banking web based business intelligence application. * Document on delivered functionality/code as required * Participate in all flavors of testing to ensure functional quality and accuracy * Provide 1st line of support for Corporate Banking related application (web and ETL batch) * Work effectively with team member in other locations situated globally. Communicate well with New York and Singapore team members on both development and support issues.
