EXPLANATION OF POSITION Technical lead for the development effort to implement a Lead Qualification process for a SIEBEL CRM SALES application.
Candidate will be expected to lead the conference room pilot and detailed design to determine the best implementation strategy regarding SIEBEL 7.5, 8.0, CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT, LIST MANAGEMENT, SMART SCRIPT, WEB SERVICES implementation to interface to existing Siebel CRM DB2/zos 390 database, and heavy SIEBEL SCRIPTING knowledge for auto-creating opportunities and assigning to sales force. Candidate will then design and implement with a development team. THIS RESOURCE WILL ALSO BE A HANDS-ON DEVELOPER. Candidate will be expected to lead the detailed design effort. Candidate will analyze multiple design approaches and determine the best implementation strategy. The following design approaches should be considered (SIEBEL 7.5, 8.0 CAMPAIGN MANAGER, SMART SCRIPT). The use of web services will also be evaluated. The current Siebel CRM implementation is on a DB2/zos 390 database. Candidate needs knowledge of SIEBEL 7.5 and 8.0, CRM SALES, CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT, LIST MANAGEMENT, SMART SCRIPT, WEB SERVICE implementation, Knowledge of marketing module, comminications module also a plus. MANAGEMENT SKILLS Ability to drive strategy design walkthroughs, provide suggestions and alternative approaches, lead detailed design and subsequent development along with hands-on development.
