So the person should have been in US for at least ten years, probably have gone to a United States college/university to gain appropriate level of oral communication skills. · Multiple years and projects with Websphere Portal – They should have *at least 3 years (5 would be best) of Websphere Portal experience* showing progress from versions 5.x to 6.0 and 6.1 would be ideal. 6.1 is not required. They should have worked on large Websphere portal projects at different companies. · Hands-on architects or Leads – They need to be able to quickly jump into a scrum team and actually be able to write code. So they need to have developed code with Portal during the last six months, but have demonstrated their ability to lead teams, understand and architect large portal sites, mentored, guided or trained the development teams.
