**LOOKING FOR SR. LEVEL CONSULTANTS*
This requirement is for a product specialist that will be part of a team
developing the EAC survey process and the Election System and Campaign
Finance system functions within the SURE portals.
*Complete Description:*
Each federal election the department must create a survey of election
statistics and send this to the EAC. This year we are creating an
environment that will allow the development of this survey electronically
and submitted via an XML document to the EAC.
We are also rewriting our entire elections and campaign finance system so
that all functions will be taken out of the AS/400 and put into the SURE
portals.
This requirement will be one of the developers on this project. The system
will be a VB.net application leveraging current and emerging technologies
and the SQL database backend. The EAC XML document will be sent to the EAC
via BizTalk. The system will be put into the current SURE
portal environment.
