*SAP Customer Service Configuration Analyst * Duration 9 months Location Atlanta, GA
MUST HAVE Fixed Asset & Revenue Recognition Technical Skills Experienced SAP Sales Customer Service (CS) configuration specialist with at least 3 + years of hands-on CS implementation experience and a minimum of 2 full life-cycle implementations and overall 5 – 7 + years of SAP Functional Experience. Consultant will be responsible for design, configuration of SAP Centric (CS, PM, MM, SD) components to deliver business requirements around Equipment Service functionality. He will also develop functional specifications for the custom enhancement needed to bridge the gaps between SAP out-of-the-box and business requirements. Expert level knowledge the functionality and configuration of Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules in following areas. · Equipment/Installed Base Management · Service Notification Processing · Service Order Processing/Field Service · Service Billing/Contract Management · Equipments, Serial Numbers, BOM, Functional locations · Service Parts Planning/Management (optional – nice to have) · Interface with other SAP Modules such as Fixed Assets, Procurement · Good overall knowledge of the integration with SD, MM, BI, SCM and CRM. · Experience with the design, implementation and testing of enhancements to standard SAP through the use of user-exits, BADIs routines etc. · Experience with the design and implementation of interfaces to non-SAP systems, especially ones that utilize the IDOC, Web Services. · Implementation experience with ECC 6.0 is also a plus.
