Required that candidate has 5+yrs experience implementing Siebel 7.8/8.0, including personal experience implementing application automation via workflow and eScript, as well as extensive UI configuration experience; Experience with requirements gathering and design of Siebel interface and UI functionality. Also strongly desired that candidate have experience in implementations involving custom Java-based UIs that interface with the Siebel application. Experience with implementing external customer-facing applications also strongly desired. Preferable technical experience also includes familiarity with Solaris-based Siebel implementations and a good level of comfort navigating and working in a UNIX environment; Oracle 10g SQL/DBA experience; Java/JSP development. Ideal candidate can operate independently and has demonstrated ability to learn new functionality and come up to speed in new situations quickly and effectively. This position is responsible for supporting the requirements gathering process, producing design based on requirements, configuration/development and management of the Siebel repository and other objects associated with Siebel functionality and development lifecycle. Also involved in supporting migrations, system testing and user acceptance testing, as well as post-production application support.
