Refer to the "Minimum Qualifications" section of the job descriptions. *Minimum Qualifications*: 4 to 7 years experience in the software QA and/or Development, with experience working on *3 or more projects from requirements* *inception to product release* *Experience with testing web-based applications developed in J2EE (Java) and/or .NET framework Extensive experience on load* and *performance testing*, soliciting non-functional requirements; creating test cases, scripting automated test scenarios, and presenting detailed analysis on load and performance test results. Experience with Mercury Load Runner and other performance monitoring tools. Strong understanding of Oracle database and constructing/executing *SQL queries Experience* with Oracle database performance monitoring/tuning tools. *Strong understanding of SQL Server database* and constructing/executing SQL queries Experience with SQL Server performance monitoring/tuning tools. *Experience with UNIX (Sun Solaris/HP) server navigation; Experience running batch commands and reviewing output, logs, etc. on the UNIX platform.* Experience with *Windows Server navigation*; *Experience running batch commands and reviewing output*, logs, etc. on the UNIX platform. Experienced with *Mercury Test Management tools* (Quality Center, Test Director) and ClearQuest Defect Tracking tool, or similar defect tracking tools. Ability to work in cross-functional teams across multiple levels of the organization. Ability to work independently. Ability to multi-task. Strong verbal and written communication skills. *Preferred Qualifications:* Familiarity with XML and web services testing Proven success in testing large scale, multi-tiered, integrated systems. Project management (ensure that ambiguity reviews, test plans, and scripts are complete and accurate and that testing is executed on-time and within budget). Process management (insure that testing is performed in a consistent and traceable manner).
