Functional Consultant*

*CRM** Interaction Center** and Sales Function Consultant*
Minimum Requirements:
· At least 2 full-cycle implementation in the role of Interaction
center/Sales functional expert (with CRM 2007 desired).
· Configuration experience in the following areas:
o UI configuration (including layouts, work centers, and navigation
components)
o Business roles
o Interaction objects and records
o Business transactions (accounts and sales orders)
o Basic functions for sales (including text determination, ATP, and
item category determination)
o Actions (including use of rule modeler)
o Business partners
o Pricing
Optional Requirements (preferred, but not required):
· Payment card configuration
· E-mail response management configuration
· Product catalog configuration
