Coordinate the architectural vision for critical data systems and platforms. - *Act as liaison between architectural direction and project planning. * - Perform impact analysis of projects relating to best practices and overall architectural direction. - Establish company-wide guidelines and best practices with other managers in the development organization. - Track, evaluate, and drive adoption and integration of appropriate data system-related tools and technologies and best practices to enable rapid assimilation and leverage. - Refine and adjust development processes to improve quality and productivity. - Meet regularly with project teams to understand their requirements and roadmaps and delivery schedules. *Required Skills/Experience: * - *8+ years *of experience in *software development teams*. - *5+ years *of practical experience with *SQL Server *and *at least one other DBMS *that enable design, development, testing, and deployment of high performance, easily supportable data structures - *Familiarity with SOA from a data systems perspective. * - High degree of competency within all phases of software development - Estimation, scheduling, design, unit testing, maintenance. - Very strong knowledge of software development life cycles at an e-commerce website experience a definite plus - Proven track record in establishing best practices - Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization. - Demonstrated analysis and innovative problem solving skills using a systems thinking approach. - Experience with successfully implementing large change initiatives within an organization. - Knowledge of industry standard data model patterns Looking forward for your Response.
