Desktop support:
Eight desktop PC CPUs in office running on Windows XP Operating Systems
Virus Protection and virus elimination-software
Adware protection and adware elimination
Email support
General operations maintenance updates and support.
Network support:
· Each CPU is networked through an additional Server CPU (located in our
Copy room) running on XP Operating System, with Nortons Virus Protection
supporting the individual desktops through the network. This must be
maintained, in addition to the following services:
· Printing Services for each CPU are networked through the Server: HP
4250(B&W) HP
4500 (Color) and Xerox 2128 (B&W/Color Copier/Printer) Printers may require
Maintenance from time to time.
· On the Network, each user accesses a common drive (referred to as the K
drive). In addition to the K drive, each desktop has it own private
networkdrive (referred to as the G drive)
· Data on the K drive (approximately 35 gigs) is backed up via Backup Exec.

o An additional external hard drive.
