Consultant Role/Responsibilities on Engagement: Technical Lead required to help install, configure and customize HP's Service Manager 7 and BP4SM products, as well as consult and support customer on customizations the client wants to make. Candidate has to be used to a customer facing role and needs to be able to help design solutions in a multi vendor, multi help desk software environment. This position is required to support the transition of customer to ITIL/HP best practices via Service Manager 7.01 and BP4SM. Skills Required: · Java Script, · Web Services Integration, · HP Service Manager 7.01, · ConnectIT · Advanced scripting skills within Service Manager, · XML/XSL. · Extensive experience with ServiceCenter / Service Manager modules including Change Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management and the Notification Engine. · Experience with Mapping Asset Manager and Service Manager via ConnectIT. Project description: Customer ITSM Transformation Project. Deliver best practices for ITIL and Install Service Manager 7.1 Configuration Management, Change Management and Problem Management modules. Those modules will interface with previously implemented Service Desk Incident, Service Catalog, Request Management, ESS for Service Manager 7.01 and Asset Manager 5.1 as well as BP4SM.
