Client is seeking an Application Support Specialist for their Atlanta office in support of the global CRM platform. Responsibilities include: * Application support for the global *CRM Solution Amdocs Clarify* * Responds to users within specified Service Level Agreements (SLA) for support requests; setting appropriate expectations for resolution time * *Monitors and prioritizes requests based on SLA* * Manage customer relationships ensuring customer satisfaction * Provide technical assistance as necessary to end users and development staff * Constantly look for and develop innovative solutions / ideas that will improve customer experience and/or increase efficiency * Assist in application implementation or enhancements *(i.e. quarterly releases of CRM- Clarify, and/or implementation of new tools such as telecom software upgrades* * Be part of the 24/7 On Call team (remote) * Completes projects as assigned by manager Candidate Profile * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent educational / work experience * 5+ years experience in Amdocs Clarify application support * 7+ years experience in IT application support * Basic experience *with MS SQL Server* * Understanding *Tuxedo & WebLogic, VB.Net is a plus* * Must *have strong knowledge in Call Center business processes* * Strong *analytical and problem-solving skills*. * Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization (business and technical). * The ability to work with several groups of data and users simultaneously * Willingness to learn new techniques and tools through both on and off site training * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Thanks Shankar --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Distribution" group.
