*Req Id:* SAM-TNPTS-00003 *Title:* Sr. Java J2EE Design/Developer *Location:* Dallas TX *Duration:* 6 months *Rate:* Open The trick to this job is to get a candidate who has *Credit Loss Management (CLM) experience* or someone who used to work for Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, or any of such companies. *About the Team: * The CLM Quick Strike team is responsible for development and support to assist the NPDC, NUC and NSO business partners with critical needs to address the significant growth delinquency and foreclosure activity. This team is currently defining a platform for rapid development of tactical solutions as well as a process to integrate these solutions into the long-term architecture for CLM. The team is also responsible for re-platforming existing end-user-developed applications onto a more robust infrastructure. *About the Position: * The Application Developer will be responsible for collaborating with our business partners to analyze business needs, design solutions based on existing design patterns, develop application code and support testing and implementation. To support the rapid development needs, a set of design patterns (include code and document templates) will be used. Additional work may be required to create new design patterns and templates based on new business requirements. This position will also include 24x7 production support responsibilities - including pager rotation. *Must-Have Skills: * - 5+ years of experience in full life cycle of object-oriented software development in a development team, including requirement analysis, system design, code implementation, unit testing, system integration and production support. - 5+ years of experience with J2EE and related technologies / tools, including WebLogic, JBoss, and Eclipse - 5+ years of experience with Oracle - 3+ years of experience with Business Objects - Strong project management skills Please let me know if you have any consultants who get match with our above mentioned position ASAP.
