Phone interview followed by f2f interview - Candidates must bare expenses getting to in person interview Job Description: A strong background in the healthcare industry with experience using CMS-1500 coding, provider billing and/or claims payment is required. This position will require configuration and maintenance of provider agreements into Facets NetworX pricer, or similar rules-based pricing engine. Ability to create and interpret logical, hierarchy-based rules and processes. Excellent Microsoft Access and Excel skills are required. Business Objects, Microsoft Access, Crystal Reports and Excel skills are preferred. Experience with writing test scripts, unit testing and defect tracking and resolution are preferred. Must be capable of working independently in project environment. Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of information systems associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of information for planning and decision making. Analyzes data and complex problems related to information systems methods and procedures within the operating unit. Documents problems and changes as required. Communicates changes to appropriate departments and works with other analysts to develop improvements, modifications and enhancements. Prepares status and activity reports for management review and notifies management of issues and problems requiring immediate attention Creates reporting mechanisms to be used by others in the business unit. Provides fundamental analytical support and assists team members in resolving problems related to information systems. Works on multiple projects simultaneously, establishes work plans and timelines; coordinates with internal and external sources. Assists with training team members and resolving problems; working with other departments as appropriate. Bachelors degree and five years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems related to automated systems and operations. Extensive knowledge of PCs and related software applications. Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Effective presentation skills. Good math, analytical and problem-solving skills.
