*Consultant should be minimum 7+ years of experience*
- *Define strategic software architecture direction for our payment
management applications*
- *Provide technical design and implementation strategy*
- *Define and execute a migration strategy for the existing applications
in the portfolio and moving towards the strategic application architecture
*
- *Establish strong relationships with business sponsors and local and
enterprise Architecture technology groups to influence and drive decisions
regarding functional scope, software package selection, and architecture
direction *
- *Establish a deep understanding of current application portfolios,
capabilities of core payment management and processing, and technical
platforms to drive the technical strategy and application architecture and
design for our organization*
- *Working with the Architecture group, create a professional and
thorough overarching LTA for our payment applications*
- *Broad knowledge of all technology architecture considerations
(performance, scalability, maintainability, deployment, operations,
technology infrastructure) and implications of architectural strategy and
design patterns on applications.*
- *Leverage capabilities in other parts of the company*
- *Define and evangelize to ensure proper technical governance practices
are in place within our engineering group*
- * Work with business partners, project managers and
business analysts, and technology partners to understand the business,
functional and technical requirements associated with a given project.
*
- * Collaborate with development teams, including
senior, highly-skilled team members, to develop technical solutions and
architectures.*
- * Create professional and thorough software
architecture and design documents that capture the technical needs and
proposed solutions for a given project.*
- * Prototype technical solutions for advanced problems
that may involve either proprietary or third-party software components.
*
- * Mentor development personnel in design and
implementation best practices during the execution of a project.*
- * Contribute to the software development process and
tools selection of the software development group to continually
refine best
practices and ensure code quality.*
*Additional Platform Experience requirement: *
*7+ Years Prior experience working on Money Movement Solutions platforms-
Online Payments Systems, Bill Pay Systems and Complex Payment Systems..*
*Platform and Skill Set Expertise: *
*Web Development : Java, Web Development : XML, Web Development : UNIX, Web
Development : HTML, Web Development : SQL, Web Development : C / C++*
