This person will be a part of the Financial Planning and Analysis Department. Looking for a consultant with Software Development expertise to support FP&A Department. Required to have strong knowledge in the following areas: Budgeting and Budget Variance Analysis Grants Planning and Accounting Capital Planning, Forecasting and Tracking Performance Indicator Measurement and Reporting The Consultant shall will support existing systems developed and maintained by FP&A. The systems, and their platforms are as follows: BUDAR- Budgeting & Variance analysis system developed in MS Access with SQL Server database. Grants Management System- a grants system developed in MS Access with Oracle ODBC connections.
