Rates Open Responsibilities The HR Business Systems Analyst is responsible for leading requirements definition, functional specifications, and implementation for key global initiatives on the Human Resources Information Systems roadmap. This position will work closely with other HR groups, IT, various functional groups, and business units in defining and implementing HRIS solutions to meet business objectives. Specific responsibilities include: . Gathering and documenting business, technical, and operational requirements for initiatives; facilitating brainstorming sessions; developing functional specifications, use cases, test plans, communications and training plans. Hands on development of deliverables. . Providing implementation support through transition to ongoing operations . Conducting project kickoff meetings; defining project scope; developing detailed project plans; identifying project dependencies; managing issues and risks; prioritizing tasks to meet project objectives; communicating status; tracking and driving projects to successful completion . Collaboration and coordination with cross-functional team members to complete deliverables and resolve issues Job Requirements Minimum 8 years experience in enterprise applications implementation (including packaged and custom development); strong business systems analysis and process design skills; knowledge of project management software tools and management techniques. . Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience applying these skills within complex programs to address business and technical requirements . Experience taking strategic business initiatives and crafting clear, thorough functional requirements to be implemented by IT or 3rd Parties . Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing large-scale project implementations from start to finish . Proven project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent programs, make trade-offs, meet tight deadlines; and be solutions-oriented; ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive programs to completion . 5-8 years of experience as systems analyst, HRIS analyst experience a plus . Experience with SAP HR Module or similar HRMS system experience . Experience in Procurement and Vendor Management solutions a plus . Experience working with Web applications . Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build strong professional relationships, and effective interfacing with various levels of management . Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, with ability to communicate clearly with all types of users . Must be a true team player that works well in collaborative situations and excels in partnering across organizations . Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow through skills . Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment, and be flexible and adaptable to changing situations . Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision .
