Managing a team of 3-5 offshore team members. *Job Requirement:* The successful candidate will have the following skillset/experience: 7+ years of overall ETL Architecture experience. IBM DataStage 7.x and 8.x development and architecture experience. Experience with leading teams of 5 or more onshore and offshore.
