*This Lead developer/Architect will be responsible for the following:*



-Working with the development team, working with the SCM to set up Clearcase
and Clearquest

-Mentoring 2-3 junior developers

-Working with the Project Manager to develop the project schedule

-Providing input and working with the Websphere team to create property
files

-Performing code reviews

-Doing J2EE development

-Create J2EE prototypes

-Troubleshooting Websphere applications if there are any problems with the
code

-Debugging of Java Code



*Required Skills:*

*-RSA (Rational Software Architecture-this is used when you develop java
code, it provides more features and navigation)*

*-Clearcase/Clearquest*

-JSF (Java Service Faces)

-JDBC

-JCA(Java connection architecture)

-EJB (must have worked with all beans, including Message Driven and Session
Beans)

-Design Patterns-  DOA, Service Locator and Business Interface



*Other-*

JRA- this is a IBM concept reference architecture, this is what state farm
used to set up guidelines and tools and development patterns for J2EE- This
is not a requirement and this is specific to state farm- don’t focus on
this.



Any DDUI- would be plus-however this is also state farm specific.
