Description: Client is in need of a Business Analyst for a 7 month contract in Bentonville, AR. Enterprise Labor Management (ELM) is comprised of multiple projects all with the goal of extending the benefits of optimized associate scheduling (currently available only to U.S. and Canada stores) to all platforms and formats in other countries and to add new functionality to the U.S. system. There are two ELM projects that are slated to begin in FYI 2010 that require additional PL and BA resources: Off-the-Wall Schedules - Eliminate the possibility of inconsistencies between the printed-posted schedules and the scheduling system and eliminate the need for the stores to retain printed-posted schedules as legal documents. Forecast by Day - To replace the forecast data feed with new daily data and possibly replace the Weekly Sales Profile Screen (used by forecast maintenance). Ø Assisting in the preparation of the following documents that conform to the standards set forth by Wal-Mart's ISDLC: 1. Business Requirement Document 2. Use Case List 3. User Interface Design 4. Test Case List Ø Working with customer associates and programming associates to elicit quality requirements, use cases and test cases.
