* Position: System Analyst *Duration: 12+ Months + Extendable Location: Des Moines, IA *Required Skills:* Programming with COBOL, VSAM, MVS JCL, and CICS. Demonstrated hands-on ability to perform development tasks in the above areas is required. Prior demonstrated ability to achieve and accomplish set goals is important. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Will work closely with the application development team. Experience with Microsoft Office products. Additional knowledge and experience (but not required) would include: prior experience with DHS applications, Elixir, VB.net, Visual Studio 2005, Web Services.
