Thanks Job Title: Sr. HPUX/AIX Systems Administrator Location: Alameda, CA (Local Only) Duration: 12 months Job Description *The manager will conduct initial phone meetings that will include a 40 question Technical Test that goes over the fundamentals of HP Unix Admin and IBM AIX skills. If they pass the phone meeting, they will be requested for an in-person meeting.* 8-10 + years of IT experience MUST HAVE: - Unix – HP UX - IBM – AIX - VIRTTUALIZATION experience - Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint MUST have, 1 or both: - Linux - VMWare ESX Day to day administration of the Unix server environment, including but not limited to: OS patching, daily troubleshooting and Remedy ticket management, backups and restores, and other duties as needed.
