Heavy Telecom experience Must understand telecom mediation systems. (needs to understand processing from switch/network node to 3rd party billing application) 5 yrs+ of Oracle and MySQL Solid understanding of Oracle Database Structures 3 yrs+ of development with C++ and Java (J2EE, Struts, EJB, Web Services, etc) Solid SQL and PL/SQL Skills Must have worked in a distributed systems architecture environment Stellar communications skills and good work ethic.
