Provide hands-on implementation as part of the team. *Skills Required:* -Expert in WebSphere Business Monitor. Expert in Common Event Infrastructure. Expert in architecting, designing and developing WebSphere Process Server applications for human task management and process orchestration. Strong J2EE skills architecture, design, and development skills. Strong integration skills with non J2EE platforms including CICS. Knowledge of transaction control techniques within WPS and underlying protocols involved.
