Looking for local candidates only, Pacheco , CA Title: IT DATA ARCHITECT (ETL, Teradata, Oracle, SQL, SAS, Business Objects) Location: Pacheco, CA Duration: 6 months Contract Job Specifications Required Education or Equivalent Experience • Bachelor’ degree in Computer Science, related discipline or relative work experience Required Experience • Three years or more of specialized data architect experience • 10+ years of overall IT experience • Minimum of 3 years designing enterprise Information Management solutions in complex environments • Thorough knowledge of infrastructure components and middleware • Experience with various platforms/programs (such as Teradata, Oracle and SQL\ Server, ETL Tools (Informatica) and BI tools (Business Objects, SAS) required. Field of Experience • Proven success in completion of projects related to data architecture and data management assignments that required a diverse knowledge of requirements and techniques pertinent to the position to be filled. • Demonstrated ability to plan and establish data architecture goals, undertake a variety of complex data management activities, including use of tools and techniques for data modeling, database design, database administration, metadata management, data quality assurance, capacity management and testing including database and/or network performance analysis, and assessing progress toward goal achievement • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead the implementation of a data migration and data integration architecture, to define, sponsor, and drive data migration and integration projects, and to participate as needed in other areas of data architecture analysis and design.
