Job Role : Business Analyst with FDIC Location : NYC Duration : 6-8 Months *Job Description: *Interface with FDIC, the Program Management, Legal/Compliance and Technology to gather requirements and prepare specifications. Prepare project plans and coordinate/drive multiple business, product, ops areas to gather and prepare comprehensive requirements with global applicability. Assist Business partners in developing succinct project requirements. Provide Requirements Clarifications Support to UAT and Prod. Support teams Notify Release Managers concerning bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns. Adherence to the CIBTech Standard Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is required. Responsible for production of Functional Requirements specifications for the Program. Assist in handoff to development teams for completeness and accuracy of the technical specifications and design, matching business requirements Be able to provide clear business understanding for project teams (Development, QC, Release Management and Production Support). Provide analytical perspective to the business throughout the SDLC process. MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Candidate is currently performing at the Business Analyst level with good business and competitive understanding of FDIC rules and regulations Minimum of 3 years previous technical and/or business experience in finance. Excellent organization skills, demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quality in an efficient, timely manner. Excellent oral and written communication skills to clearly articulate, present and document functional specifications. Relationship builder and team player, with ability to deliver within ambitious timelines.
